Tonight I only drink coffee and didn't take a bite on anything. Usually I would eat supper before going to sleep. I know its a bad habit but I am so used to it and I will be waking up middle of night feeling hungry.
I have backup food somewhere and I just need to go looking for them when I am real hungry. Sound crazy? I am not the only one. One of my family member too do the same like me.
